      Does anyone know some envelope wisdom?

      Default Envelope

      Why does the "default envelope" default to 5ms and 10ms—wouldn't that mean there's a 5ms ramp up when a sample plays, and 10ms when released?

      Table Envelope

      The attack on the Default Envelope goes down to 0ms. But the Table Envelope only goes down to 1ms. Does that mean there will always be a 1ms fade-in for all samples?

      Thanks!

              @d-healey …I mean that it says 1ms, but it's actually 0ms?

                @clevername27 I suppose a table need a minimum amount of time to get from 0 to 1 so maybe that's the reason. Only Christoph knows for sure.
