Problems with mono and stereo sample files

When I put both mono and stereo sample files into a Sampler, the mono sample file is only output through the left channel. Is there a way to set the Sampler to mono output?

@CatABC The only time I've done that is for multimic samples. In this case it's probably simplest to use two samplers.

@d-healey Well, since I was mixing old samples with more recent ones, I ended up converting the mono files to stereo.
