ScriptNode Templates Feedback

@Christoph-Hart thanks for making me aware of this. Here's feedback so far, along with what I posted in the github discussion.

• When saving a template that has a name another template is using, there needs to be an overwrite prompt
• Templates should be accessible immediately without warranting a network reload
• Templates should be searchable (along with the project category), with their results displaying after any base node results
• Templates should maintain parameter connections (right now all in-template cable connections get severed, which I suspect may be a bug)
