Samples licencing

If I create a multisamples. How and where do I assign a license to the samples? also in github?

@Robert-Puza If it's just a few hundred megabytes then github is probably fine, but for a large library you'll need to find somewhere else to host the samples.

For licensing I like the creative commons options, if you're using public domain samples then you can use CC0.
