Drag and drop MIDI functionality does not work after reloading plugins

I use floating tiles to display MIDIViewer. It works fine for the first time after loading the plugin, but if I remove the plugin and load it again, it will not be displayed. I think there are still some problems with MidiOverlayPanel. I found these historical posts. These problems still occur in HISE4.0.0

@BobCat If I'm understanding you correctly, the issue may be in the temporary MIDI file that's created. Does the problem happen if you drag a different MIDI file — one that you've never dragged before — after reloading the plugin?

@BobCat Oh, hmmmmmmm…I'm afraid I'm at a loss, then. If you haven't already, can you try creating a new project that only has the problematic feature — and try that? If it doesn't work, the project will be small enough for you to post here on the forum, and I'm sure one of us will try it ourselves. I know how frustrating this can be.,

I think I'm sure this is a bug in HISE, when my entire project only contains one MIDIPlayer, and uses floating tiles for display, it still fails after removing the plugin and then loading it again
