[bug] Keyboard shortcuts on Linux fail

This has been discussed before but I figured a fresh thread was better than digging one up.

Any keyboard shortcuts that use a modifier key seem to fail, ctrl + shift + f, or ctrl +d in the interface designer.

However if I edit the shortcuts from the option in the File menu and assign it manually (even if it's the same shortcut that's already assigned) then it will work. However if will be lost the next time HISE is opened - for some reason the file is getting wiped.
