Help with MS Build

Hello. I am trying to make an effects plugin; I finished it and tried to setup my Export Wizard but it isn't recognizing that I have MS Build. Alls I did was download it on VS 2022. Do I need to do anything further than that?

@Pfletch1 Did you install it on your C drive?

@d-healey Is it the "C:"? If so, I believe so. I downloaded Vs Installer 2022 on my C: drive and downloaded Ms Build from there
