How many samplers max. ?

How many samplers (maximum) do you recommend using at the same time?
Or can I have a separate equalizer or other effects for each velocity layer in 1 sampler? If so, which technique is better for the CPU and memory?

but anyway. it would definitely be very useful to use more samplers. so how many? is it possible to determine it somehow?

@Robert-Puza 16 is reasonable, but you can have lots more depending on how you set the voice count.
