Velocity Modulator stops working at 8 voices...

So I have a large project(4 samplers, 4 synths and 2 loopers)...

each voice has a filter in it..

each filter has a number of modulators assigned to freq., including a velocity modulator....

--so all of a sudden(v4.0) the velocity modulators for voices 9 and 10 stopped working - or at best work for a single note event then stop working....

Are you able to recreate the issue in a simple snippet?

@d-healey ..sigh -- a simple snippet seems to work fine...so its more complicated than that.. I will continue to investigate...
