How to Display a knob value on the DAW UI (FL Studio Exemple)

I don't know what it's called, on the picture it display a knob value (P1 Time), any idea on how to do it

@Gab You can use broadcaster that check over which component your mouse is hovering, and send the components current value to what ever you want, like a panel that display the value, or a text component
