Trouble Downloading on MacOS

Would someone please make an updated video on how to install this and get started? I have no idea what I'm doing wrong but it is absolutely frustrating. I am completely new to this. I'm a musician not a coder lol. Any help would be highly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

What's missing from the current video? I'm not sure there has been a significant change in the process.

@d-healey so just kind of confused on certain steps of the process. I see the step by step but not sure how to actually do what it's telling me to do if that makes sense.

@d-healey current video just moves a little too fast, it's also 5 years old. So the layout of the git hub repository or whatever it is just doesn't look the same and I can't find the extra downloads that was mentioned in the process.

Which one do you get stuck at? This might just be a case that the documentation needs improving.
