      Happy New Year, all!

Any ideas about why my samples disappear when saving to a sample map? I saved to monolith before saving so maybe thats it?

@virtuscapeaudio I've not seen this happen. Can you recreate it in a fresh project?

@d-healey All works well in a new project...can't seem to replicate it. It seems something is up with this project...I do have many .xml file backups (23 in total) in the project. Some other things are all of a sudden broken such as the zoom handler and global eq knobs which now say Invalid Attribute Index: 1 in the Console when I turn the knobs. It looks like the bands are no longer enabled. I can easily fix that by just re-clicking points on the EQ processors. Seems like there is an issue here, though, of some sort.

Well that shouldn't cause your samples to go missing but dang that's a lot - although I've seen people have projects with 100s of xmls. You really only need one xml file per project. For little test cases you can use .hip and for everything else there's git.
