Mouse scroll wheel UP doesn't register for sliders and knobs

I am using the HISE developer branch, compiled August 22, 2023, and I noticed that the mouse scroll wheel UP on sliders (knobs) is not working. It is working for the scroll wheel down only.

The scroll wheel works for some other aspects, like moving the view of the canvas, but not to increase values of knobs/sliders.

Fortunately, it is working fine in the compiled plugins, just not in HISE itself.

@gorangrooves I noticed it's not working in the "Interface designer" but it's working in the "Interface Preview" inside Hise
