[bug] Momentary button LAF obj.down doesn't work properly

If you have a button with isMomentary enabled then the obj.down property doesn't work as it should.

When you click the button it will still be false until you move the cursor, and then after releasing the mouse it will still be down until you move the cursor out of the button's bounds.
