    Bypassed modules shown as active after reopen project

      Not a real big issue, but i thought, i'll post it here:
      When i bypass a module in the module tree and close/reopen the project, the module is shown as if it was active in the tree view (although it's bypassed).

      There are some strange things happening relative to this. If i bypass a complete module chain with all it's child modules, the child modules (only) will be activated again after reopening the project.

        @toxonic This bug's been there for a while, also the displayed module ids don't update until you click the edit button.
