Fx plug-in that reads audio and triggers a sample

Possible to create an FX plug-in use HISE that reads incoming audio and triggers a sample or multiple samples?…Example being drop the plugin on a snare track and it can trigger a set of samples to layer with that snare…

so put a filter in the audio stream to allow you to select audio band you want to listen to...

put an envelope generator on this modified stream and it will offer you a set of modulation values you can use to trigger your effect.
