Question about color!

Hello, I'm in the final phase of my plugins. I still have a few things aesthetic to change, including the drop down menu. I can not find how to change the color, I would like to put it white for or gold for more contrast! I try to change the colors in the menu settings but it does not change anything. Someone would have a track please?!

I don't think it's possible, but white goes with everything :)
