        Hi David,
        Thank you for your help.

        I was not building the develop branch, silly me.

        Downloaded it and trying to build it now.

        Xcode seemed to get much further along the build process but ultimately failed again. This time producing another uncategorized error.

        Thanx again, I appreciate all your help.

          @RastaChess I was getting this same error a couple of weeks ago, I was using xcode 13.something. The solution for me was to roll back to an earlier xcode version, but you're already on an earlier one so I don't think that will work, perhaps try a newer version.

            @RastaChess I was also getting the same error when using Xcode 13..., it was fixed when I downgraded to Xcode 13.0

              @ulrik @d-healey

              How to downgrade the Xcode on macOS?
              Only deleting the app from the Applications folder and placing the older version?

                @Steve-Mohican just download Xcode 13.0 unzip it and drop it in the application folder, it will ask you if you want to overwrite the one you already have.
                Also download the Command Line Tools for Xcode 13.0 and install it

                    @ulrik Thanks everyone.

                    I downloaded xcode 13.0 and used to build HISE.

                    The build worked, but the app does not fully work. The interface builder is crashing when I try to build a new interface. Also I can't create any sliders or buttons. Is this due to the develop branch? Should just go back to building the 2.1.0 version?

                    thanks for any tips you might have.

                      @RastaChess

                      This is a known bug, but you don't need to add an interface in the latest version of HISE, it's already added by default. You should see it in the module in the left hand side bar.

                      Also I can't create any sliders or buttons. Is this due to the develop branch?

                      How are you trying to create them?

                        just control clicking on the interface designer background (I was able to do it like this on the full download master version 2.0) it should bring up the menu where I can select between slider, button etc. but It does nothing. maybe I'm missing something.

                          @RastaChess Try right-clicking. Also make sure the interface designer is unlocked (click the pencil icon).
