What is the minimum system Requirements that we should tell the customers about Hise made fx plugins and instruments before they buy?

For Mac & Pc individually; what is the minimum;

To some degree these will vary depending on your library. For example RAM and harddrive space will be dependent on the number of samples you include. CPU usage will vary with your choice of modules and scripting.

@d-healey so we can't say a solid answer to it. Because of depending on modules and scripting, trying in different systems and seeing what is minimum, is the best way. Right?

Well, anything under Windows 7 and macOS 10.8 will not be able to load plugins build with HISE, so this is the only hard minimum requirement.

As soon as you use more samples than 5, add a SSD to the "Heavily recommended" list, as it really makes no sense anymore to stream samples from a spinning disk nowadays.

The rest is up to the complexity of the project as David said.
