Painting Random Dots On A Panel

Hey Musiclovers

Trying To Draw Random Dots ( Circles ) On A Panel, With a Timer.
The Position Of Dots Needs To be Randomizes And Keeping Updated By A Timer.

Any Help Is Much Appreciated :folded_hands:
