      And need to know what download i need? Currently using oneAPI toolkit to download about 3 gb of stuff, unfortunately my internet is terrible here, is this the right download or...?

        @ospfeigrp the toolbox takes a long time to download when it is complete. i think ipp must weigh a few gigas

            There is A Custom made App Made by @Rudra-Ghosh Called
            "IPP Linker" It Has All IPP Versions, And You Can Get Your Correct Version With A Few Click :)
