IPP instal?

anyone know how to download IPP? it seems that the intel site doesn't want to work anymore. the link> https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/tools/oneapi/base-toolkit/download.html, constant referrals on the same page, impossible to access the download , or if anyone has a mac ipp wt link i'm okay.
I remember a few weeks ago that I was able to install IPP without any problem. -

It works for me in Chromium but wasn't working for @yall in Chrome, so try a different browser.

I tried to download with Firefox, Chrome, Chromium, and Edge. Every time, I'm asked to register for Developer Zone whereas I'm connected with my Intel account. If I do it, I'm redirected to the download page and I still asked to register. I can't resolve it! I'm gonna try with opera but I think this will be the same issue... -
