rlottie GNU/Linux support

@Christoph-Hart Seems rlottie animations don't show on GNU/Linux. I have installed this library - https://packages.debian.org/sid/armhf/librlottie0-1
Any ideas?

I've added rlottie support for GNU/Linux - https://github.com/christophhart/HISE/pull/174

You need to build the rlottie library from source and install it in /usr/lib/ this is the default install location on Debian.

I also updated the readme file in the tools folder.
