Has anyone successfully used the Audio Player?

I've been messing with it for a while but, I cant get the audio file to play at the same pitch.

It plays at the correct pitch, the on the next loop it plays at a higher octave.

When I press a key on my keyboard its ok, just when I play audio in a DAW the issue occures.

Any useful info? Should I use a certain audio file type?
