Range Slider Filmstrip
-
How can we use filmstrip for range slider ?
Any help please............. -
@sakorada The first idea that comes to my mind (but not necessarily the best option) would be to create your own range slider using a panel, then use a 2D filmstrip (a square with all possible images states) and navigate to its X/Y images using the 2 values of the panel slider.
-
@ustk I would like to do similar to this.

@sakorada So you don't need a filmstrip, you can achieve the same result with vectors (creating a 2D filmstrip would be a pain for non-graphic guys like me).
first, you need to master how to create a simple slider using a scriptPanel -
@ustk I will learn more about ScriptPanel and do vector first then step up to 3D design.
Thank you -
@sakorada In this case if you want fancier graphics then vectors I would probably combine them.
I would use vectors to reveal the png or in other words , the png site under the vectors and as you drag vectors the png is revealed. -
@lalalandsynth very true ;)

@sakorada Just thinking that if you only need to click the cursors you don't even need a range slider, just 2 sliders are enough with a simple non-clickable panel in between to draw the rectangle.
But if you want to have the possibility of clicking in the rectangle then a range slider is what you want effectively... -
@ustk @lalalandsynth
Thank you , now I got your idea ....
