Getting samples in it

Hi. I've installed what I assume is the basic HISE work station but I can't figure out how to import a sample sound.
Ultimately all I want to do is use a custom sound sample instead of a traditional instrument and play it with my midi keyboard. But I can't even get started. Thanks

Backing up a bit, how did you get your .wav files in it?
