Module Parameter Index list? where to find?

Hi all,

Im looking at this article How to control modules with scripts

@2. The Parameter Index
It states: "In the development tools area, there is a searchable list", Where is this Development Tool area? i cant find it!!
Did a search on the forum, so far havent found anything..

In the panel at the left. If you don't see it hit F6 to customise the interface and you can add the module browser to the panel.
