hise acting like i dont have IPP libraries installed. IR sound horrible upon compile

back in early jan i built something great with the convolution no problems on any system perfect. sound. i come back do the exact same things and first off when i check the Spectrum Analayzer of the EQ it says IPP primatives are not installed...but they are. i just downloaded and installed the newest IPP and it still did the same things on compile. do i need to recompile the newest script node version of hise for it to work correctly again? what is the issue here. i see jan 25th there is a IPP update installed and i dont remember doing that...perhaps and automatic windows update?
