As regards looping...

Hi folks, what software do you use for finding looping points? Hise sample editor is not so user-friendly, no zooming of waveform height, no force to zero-crossing... which makes it difficult (for me, at least) to find loop points quickly and efficiently.

It's free software, download the source and compile it yourself. Or try running it in WINE or use a Windows or GNU/Linux machine.

There's also EndlessWav (proprietary).

Also Extreme Sample Converter (proprietary)

It's on my wishlist that Christoph will implement loopauditioneer directly in HISE, but probably won't happen because of licensing.

I have Crossover, however it's not free but I guess David have some tips how to run Wine for free?
