Nexus is a very famous hybrid rompler & synthesizer. I am putting it here for inspiration for those who want to build rompler / synth stuff. It has sample maps that can be called from presets and also combines with the oscillator.
The new versions' GUI is vectoral and they add new features like brand new arpegiator, effects, sequencer, macro, modulation...etc.

This plugin has very large genre variety expansion packs (133 expansion packs), but I think it is more specific for electronic music producers. Not a general purpose instrument like Omnisphere ;)
