HISE VST Version question (before I compile it)...

Possibly a daft question but..

Does the VST build of HISE work inside Ableton so that you can build your plugin and test it at the same time? Even if it's running on audio channels with a sample from the DAW running into it?

I've only been using the standalone version until now so thought I'd check first before I cut into my creative time today by installing it

@SteveRiggs I've never been able to run Hise as a plugin inside Logic 'cause it will fill the whole screen and I'm not able to resize the window of Hise plugin, let me know if it work for you, I'm interested as well.

@SteveRiggs that is running on macbook pro 13 inches..

@ulrik I did wonder that as well about resizing and full screening. It might be ok for me as I use a 4 screen setup but it definitely sounds a bit awkward for a single screen. I'll check it out when I get it complied and let you know my findings

@ulrik I just installed it (came up with a few errors though but still seems to run) but it only works on MIDI channels, not audio channels which I needed it for on this project

The resizing works fine though in Ableton
