Last commit fails building with IPP

@Christoph-Hart I tried again to download the last commit directly from the repo, but the build fails if I enable IPP (which is disabled by default BTW)
Since you just worked on some FFT improvement, and that FFT needs IPP, maybe it is related?

I had the same problem. You need to install the newest IPP. I think it's update 4.
