C++ nodes cannot receive global cable scalar?

@Christoph-Hart So it appears the cable manager can only receive global cable data but not simple values... Is it a missed one or on purpose?

@ustk have you attached a lambda? I forgot the exact syntax but you can add a void f(double) lambda that reacts on simple value changes
