No I have not compiled my plugin with IPP
That could be why you have latency, the analysers will benefit from IPP.

@David-Healey alright thank you, also when I use arp on my vst it tends to lag and slow my laptop down and kind of use cpu how do i make it that it doesnt do that even when i have fx like delay and reverb on at the same time

Yes but you need to compile HISE with IPP for it to work.

@David-Healey so I compile the actual HISE with IPP instead of just ticking the box and compiling my vst? and please also help me with my other problem

Both. You compile HISE with IPP, and then you check that box and compile your plugin.

The arp thing? I don't know what's causing that, does it happen in a standalone build or in another daw?

@David-Healey Like listen so you know how theres an arp module on hise when I turn it on and use the controls and what not then play my keyboard it starts using A LOT of cpu and even when its not on when i open like 2+ instances of the vst is lags and the sound lags, how do I stop that

You still haven't answered my questions though, maybe I'm not asking them clearly.
Build your project as a standalone instead of a plugin and see if it has the same issue.
Try your plugin in a different DAW (not FL Studio) and see if it has the issue. -

@duma Maybe there's a problem with Intel's server. You could try the offline installer instead.
