SPAWN vst.... || Midi FX that hosts other vst's?

Has anyone seen the new SPAWN plugin update? Its a midi fx plugin that allows you to load a vst instrument into it and be played by its midi. Does anybody know how we can do this in HISE? Was this made in HISE? lol
