Load Samples plug-in dialog

OK, I've asked for part this (and Christoph pointed me at the part of HISE itself that I could change) and I know a bunch of other people have asked for this too, so I think its a valid request.

I'd like to be able to set the overall colour used in the load-samples dialogs. Christoph pointed me at the HISE source to do this but I think having to compile HISE every time a make a new plug-in seems a bit over-the-top.

Also I'd like to be able to define which buttons show up in the "load-samples" dialog when installing the plug in, currently both buttons show up when often the bottom one is redundant - for me at least.

So I suggest these might be params passed into the compile process, and that they are configurable in the Project section of the Parameters/Settings dialog in HISE.
