Invalid JUCE Module Path when exporting
-
@d-healey no, the location I selected to be the sample folder is empty
-
@weezycarter Try remaking the hr1 file, perhaps something went wrong in its creation - are all your samples converted to monoliths?
-
@d-healey how do I convert samples to monoliths
-
@weezycarter Right click in the sample mapping window, in the context menu that appears go to Tools > (re)encode all sample maps to HLAC monolith
-
@d-healey I converted all samples to monoliths, created a new HR1 file and selected install samples in the standalone application and still no sound
-
@weezycarter Are the ch files in the folder you selected?
-
@d-healey Yes it dumped all the ch files into the folder I selected and still no sound I don't know why
-
@weezycarter Link file pointing to the correct location?
-
@d-healey Yes I opened the link file and it shows the correct path
-
@weezycarter Do you get any sound at all? Do you have a voice count or ram usage display on your UI that could give you some indication of if anything is being loaded?
-
@d-healey I only get sound from the waveform generator but absolutely no sound from the sampler. I don't have a voice count or ram usage display
-
@weezycarter said in Invalid JUCE Module Path when exporting:
I don't have a voice count or ram usage display
I suggest adding the ram display, at least temporarily so that we can tell if samples are being loaded.
-
@d-healey Ok So I exported the standalone application for a second time and everything is good now I don't know what the problem was.
-
@weezycarter oh I've just figured it out. After you converted your sample maps to monoliths you needed to recompile so that the binary contained the updated sample maps.
