Seeking Assistance from Apple Users

Hello, perhaps the request I'm about to make might sound like begging, but right now I'm stuck. I've had no trouble exporting my plugins on Windows and Lubuntu, but I'm having issues exporting them for Apple devices. Unfortunately, the only Mac OS I have access to is a late 2014 Mini Mac, and I can't export (and test) because I can't install a decent version of XCode. I've never been an Apple user, and this is borrowed from a friend.
I'd like to know if someone could handle the export of the VST3 for my two synths.

@Mighty23 use a virtual machine
-
@d-healey Virtualization is the first thing I tried; unfortunately, I'm not getting a usable installation in VirtualBox, mainly due to slowness. Have you tried online virtualization solutions? I'd like some feedback before attempting this route.
-
@Mighty23 I use Proxmox, prior to that though I used VirtualBox and it was working ok. Another option is if you have a computer or laptop you're not using you could make a hackintosh - although probably better to put Proxmox on it. I haven't tried any online ones.

You need to use a Type 1 Hypervisor like Proxmox, XCPNG, etc.

@d-healey @Dan-Korneff many thanks for your advice.
I tried Proxmox Virtual Environment with limited success. The OS performs better, and I can almost start Projucer, but I still can't launch XCode. This approach seems like a better solution as I don't experience freezing, but it's still impossible to complete the export due to very low performance. -
@Mighty23 What hardware are you using for your Proxmox system?
-
@d-healey
Intel i7-10510U , 16GB RAM -
@Mighty23 how many vcpus and RAM did you allocate to the VM? Are you using GPU passthrough?

I think this processor is only 4 cores @ 1.8ghz
I wouldn't expect too much -
@Dan-Korneff Ah yeah that could be the issue, might work as a hackintosh though.
@Mighty23 The problem is that you can't really get someone else to do this for you. Sure someone can compile a plugin or two, but you need to be able to codesign and notarize it yourself using your own credentials. You also need to be able to debug MacOS specific issues that you'll encounter and build every future version of your project each time you make a change or fix a bug.

Plugins are currently basic, and I don't believe there are significant discrepancies between the operating systems since I don't see big differences between Win10 and Linux. The only solution for now, I think, is to find out if I can use services like "Mac in Cloud" / "Mac as a service". I should figure out if it's possible before wasting time and money.

@Mighty23 What is your main OS and what is the CPU/RAM of your main system?
-
I always recommend buying retired servers for your workstations. $279
32 processors
128GB RAM
10G network

I'm one of these people who hate computer noise so I'm using a NUC in a fanless case. Not as powerful as a server of course but has plenty of heft for my simple needs.
