Rendered text messed up in compiled plugin- MacOS

I was wondering if anyone has come across something like this. The text is messed up in the plugin, opened inside Logic Pro 10.7.9 on an iMac M1 chip running Monterey 12.7.3 OS.
A customer reported this, and it is the first I have encountered. What could be causing this?

@gorangrooves Perhaps a font that has not been embedded in the plugin and is not available in the user's computer

@ustk Wouldn't it just substitute for whatever regular font he has installed on his system?

@ustk Australia. English. I am waiting to hear whether he has any alternative languages or keyboards set up in his system.
