why there's no pads to insert as is keyboard on HISE?

just a question im asking since started using HISE is : why there is no pads to just to add them like we add a keyboard? its a common thing to have pads for visually purpose but also playable if we are using touch screen to play the instrument, I've tried all the tricks on the book I know and fail to comnnect it to the keyboard, yes, I converted a keyboard to look like a pad but its not the same, any answer on that? since I dont find any around here, I've being looking and writing all types of way the word pad might be written like trigger,keypad, you name it that might describe a pad in the forum search, no luck, thank you guys in advance for any input on this.
