Presets Not Changing When Selected

I am testing my new software, the AU/VST compiles are both installing and opening.

When I install my program the presets are showing on my Mac under: Library> Application Support> Plugin Name> Presets. However, when I change the presets within the software the parameter settings are all remaining the same and nothing is changing. I opened the individual preset files and all of the data is there.

I have deleted the software and reinstalled to see if it was a cache issue, but for some reason I can't get the presets to change within the software when changing the factory presets.

I'm wonder has anyone else experienced anything like this? I feel like it is simple fix that I am overlooking.
