Create Tagging UI?

I'm on a journey to create a tagging system with my hise presets. Basically, each preset would have tags like "Synth, Pluck, Bass, etc." and I'm wondering how I can implement a ui for these tags. One example which I really reallllly liked is the HISE Forum's tagging system on its posts, you know, the place which says "Enter tags here, between 3 and 15 characters each." on the new topic popup. When you type a comma or enter, it creates that tag and the bubble resizes to your text, plus it automatically deletes bad characters and trims the spaces and lowercases characters, plus a whole load of other little things! It just seems very like what I was imagining for my tag system. How would I go about building a "replica" in hise? would it require some L&F labels or panels?
