How to embed .hwt files with compiled plugins

I have exported a plugins but after exporting in DAW .hwt files (OSC) are not making sound. How to embed it with the plugins? If we don't want to send end user the HWT files individually (app data> Audio files etc) or via setup. How to embed ?

@DabDab to my knowledge, they can't be embedded into the plugin. They are not 'audio files' per se like IR samples are. I made a plugin using them and I had to install them in the AppData folder.
