With this values you can adjust the defaultValue and the middlePosition of a slider. The defaultValue is the value that is present on startup and when you double-click the knob. With the middlePosition you can scale/nudge the values of the knob. When you choose a value left of the defaultValue the smaller values get more slider-space and the right side less. Best, you play around with the values a bit (with 20kHz) and you will understand.
