For example, this is what it looks like in Studio One on a 40" 4K monitor (3840x2160) at different window sizes.
70%
100%
150%
200%
-
@MikeB Would you say that it is sharp enough at 200%?
And at a zoom factor of 50% my eyes are bleeding (With the actual knobs) :DNice to see it in 4K! Thank you!!
-
Does it reopen with the last zoom setting?
-
@UD-AUDIO Yes I think that's ok - who runs the part on a 4k monitor with 200 must be almost blind.
150% is optimal
-
@MikeB Imagine 3840 × 2160 for standalone. It might feel great.
But the synth is not experimental enough to spend hours with sound design.
And I like plugins with less RAM usage.
So 4K with a fullscreen mode etc wouldn't be practicable with this synth. -
@MikeB On my 15" laptop it just goes off screen at 200% :D
So I never would use that but I want to be prepared for 8K guys telling me that it is tiny.
Just kidding -
What can you tell me about the component corner resizing?
https://forum.hise.audio/topic/2756/some-additions-please-enjoy?_=1629563666556Is it possible to have this and the combobox with two independent zoom factors?

@Natan Looks fine! :) I'm using the floatingtile custom settings for now.
But how to have two zooms? Or how to change a panel scale including all elements inside the panel? I guess there is only one zoom right? -
@Natan
The corner component is amazing!
But wouldn't it be better to use dragDirection horizontal? Just want to be sure.. -
@UD-AUDIO I Don't Use This. but Yeah, It Needs Some Changes, And Also Make Sure The Middle Value For The Knob Is Set Correctly "0.5" For A More Smooth Transition.
I Use Floating Tile One Aswell.

@UD-AUDIO And one Important Thing For Your UI And The Position Of Your Zoom Combobox.
Put it Some Where In Top Left Hand Side, Instead Of Where You Decided ( Top Right Hand Side )
With This Small Change, Your End User never Miss The Box, By Selecting A Bigger Size.
On 200 Zoom, UI & Zoom Box Gets Cutted, and That Box Is Not Accessible.Cheers

I just think about methods to make a border (in this case the desk) optional.
Cropping the whole interface with a button.
Maybe things like this are doable with vector graphics. -

I didn't think about that but you're right! Thanks for the hint. :)

- What is this message?
Master Chain:! RELEASE_RESOURCES_CALLED
(Got it without any project loaded and on any project which I do load)
2. I'm using master branch and VS2017. Is that fine or do I need to set VS2019?
- Made an update on github.
The resizing code (line 74) works fine in an empty project.
But it acts like crazy with the synth.
Seems like it's conflicting with something else.
Or is my code bad? For example I used:
const var Knob1 = Content.getComponent("KnbZoom");
which does work (with glitches).
Instead of
const var KnbZoom = Content.getComponent("KnbZoom");
which doesn't.
And also
Settings.setZoomLevel(value);
instead ofEngine.setZoomLevel(value);
because the console said this function is deprecated for some reason.
Not so in an empty project.Guess I should fix my structure first..

I guess I should stick with develop branch, IPP 2019 and VS2017?!
There is a new IPP version but it doesn't work with actual HISE right? -
I really like to share the code and elements like knobs.
But I don't want people to rip this plugin and sell it or reuse it without making a custom design.
My plan was to release it for free but I'm not conform with the GNU v3 licence.
Is it true that anyone could rip this off because I have no copyright, even for the GUI?
