Samplemap problem.

I'm having some problems with specific notes in a sample map I'm working on. I went through the debug process in visual studio. When I'm not in debug mode (Release version), my DAW crashes when I play these particular notes.

SOMETHING TO KNOW :
These notes have been stretched over 2 octaves.

When I'm in debug mode with Visual Studio running, I get these errors/warnings ->

IN :
void StreamingSamplerVoice::renderNextBlock(AudioSampleBuffer &outputBuffer, int startSample, int numSamples)
{

ERROR :
jassert(isPositiveAndBelow(pitchCounter+startAlpha, (double)tempVoiceBuffer->getNumSamples()));

jassert(isPositiveAndBelow(startSampleDst + numSamples, dst.getNumSamples()+1));

Any ideas?
