Encrypted part of console messages?

Hey, quick question: what is the encrypted bit after some error messages? It might be good to know, I don't know.

For example:
processBlock() - Line 8, column 22: API call with undefined parameter 1 {U2NyaXB0ZWRHYWluZXJ8cHJvY2Vzc0Jsb2NrKCl8MTg2fDh8MjI=}

It looks like a snippet, but you can't import it that way, and when you try to import it as a compressed script that doesn't work either.
It says it's not a valid container \ snippet.
