hello, do you know why the midi parameters assigned in the midi learn panel are not saved when I change presets? I can not find much information on this midi panels and it seems very interesting.
I don't understand why in hise, I can assign a knob to my controller directly from the right click, but when in my daw, I can't. I have to do it via the list of midi parameters.
I would like a little help please;) -
CC automation assignments are saved with the preset, so when you change preset you load the CCs that are part of that preset, if there is no CC in the preset then it will just reset the controls to having no CC assigned.

ok but how do you make the midis assignments separate from the presets? there is no "not save in preset" function like a knob?

MIDI assignment is linked to controls, and controls are linked to presets. You cannot separate the two.

@d-healey I just understood .. and what concerns the assignment of a button via the right click. do you know why it works on hise but not in the compiled plugin?

I just use your version of hise ^^ I will try with another.
I can assign my buttons from my midi keyboard but via the list of properties of the plugin it is quite restrictive -
Use scriptnode, it's newer than my fork.

I just compiled the latest scriptnode, no problem.
suddenly I just saw that my usb midi keyboard was not put on a midi channel so keeping it working ... beginner error ^^ thank you for your advice :)
