Scriptnode Synth - What am I doing wrong?

ScriptFX1 only contains an oscillator, with the parameter mapped to frequency. But I can't reference the parameter in the GUI or in the main script. It's like the entire synth is in a modchain or something.
Tried on 2 different builds and works perfectly fine for regular ScriptFX, just not for the synth.

Still having this issue, if I make a parameter in the Scriptnode Synth it just doesn't appear, can't reference it in a script or connect it to a slider. Same exact code works for ScriptFX.
