Can Hise Export .vst /.vst3 on window or Linux?

Seem like now Hise had issued with Mac Os , So i just wonder Can we export .vst or vst3 for mac with window or linux?

i just found .dll fies(x86 and x64)
Where should it be after compiled ?

.dll is the file extension for a VST on Windows.

And I just realised I misread your first post. No, you can't cross-compile plugins. You must compile them on their destination operating system.
